General Boutique Questions

• What makes your items unique?
  We offer on-trend sophisticated boho clothing and handpicked vintage treasures for women of all generations. Every piece helps you show your artistic style while building a great wardrobe. It is a fun place for mothers and daughters to shop together.
• How often do you restock?
  Our modern boho collections are updated regularly. However, our vintage items are strictly one-of-a-kind. Once a vintage piece sells out, it is gone for good.

Sizing & Vintage Condition

• What do NWT and NWOT mean for vintage items?
  NWT stands for New With Tags, meaning the vintage piece still has its original retail paper tags. NWOT stands for New Without Tags (also known as deadstock), meaning the item is entirely unworn and unwashed but its original paper tag was lost over time.
• How does vintage sizing work?
  Vintage sizing from past decades runs significantly smaller than modern clothing sizes. To ensure a perfect fit, we ignore the tag size and provide exact, flat-lay measurements in every single item description. Please compare these measurements against a similar garment you already own before purchasing.
• Are your vintage items clean?
  Yes. We carefully inspect, steam, and sanitize all vintage pieces while preserving their delicate historical integrity so they arrive fresh and ready to wear. Because they have been stored, some for decades, minor natural fabric aging may occasionally be present.

Orders & Shipping

• When will my order ship?
  All orders are carefully packaged and shipped via USPS within 2 business days. You will receive an automated email with tracking information the moment your shipping label is created.
• Do you ship internationally?
  Yes, we ship globally! International shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Please note that customs fees and import duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

• What is your return policy for modern boho clothing?
  We want you to love your new boho pieces! Modern curated items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. Items must be completely unworn, unwashed, and have all original Cheryl Renée Boutique tags securely attached.
• Can I return a vintage item if it does not fit?
  No. Because of the rare nature of deadstock clothing, all vintage purchases (both NWT and NWOT) are strictly final sale. No cash refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be issued for vintage pieces. Please review all flat-lay measurements and description photos carefully before buying.
• Who pays for return shipping?
  Return shipping costs for modern items eligible for store credit are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
